I’m delighted that you have made a “Heart Trilogy” purchase and I hope that you will thoroughly enjoy it!

Writing (at least for me) is a long and solitary journey, so it has been particularly fun and refreshing to meet new friends along the way, both at book-signings and online. Now, having completed the writing part of my 30-year “Heart Trilogy” project, I’m looking forward to meeting and interacting with even more of my readers as I enter into the marketing stage. I hope YOU will be one of my new correspondents!

I’m happy to say that the two most consistent complaints about my books have been (1) “I couldn’t put it down,” or (2) “I didn’t want it to end.” (I’ve also had one report of a box that was smashed in shipping, but the book itself was unharmed.) I’m not soliciting complaints, of course, but I want you to feel free to express yourself. After all, I did… in over 300,000 words.

I’ll be thrilled to have new comments for the “Readers Say” part of my website, and I’d love to know your thoughts about whether I should write a blog… or whatever. If I get interesting questions, perhaps I’ll start a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page.

I’M PLEASED TO OBLIGE WITH PERSONALIZATIONS, BUT I FEEL CONSCIENCE-BOUND to tell you that a book with ONLY the author’s signature is more valuable for resale than a book that has other writing in it. My books have maintained incredible value over the years, and the ones with ONLY my signature are the priciest. Still, it’s a treat to have a personally-inscribed first edition book, so you decide.
